Hurricane Relief Concert - Big Jam for the Big Easy

Concertia Technologies Inc was a proud sponsor of the "Big Jam for the Big Easy" concert. The Thirsty Duck and local artists teamed up to hold a benefit concert for the Canadian Red Cross Hurricane Katrina Fund. 12 bands from the Halifax area played for 12 hours to raise money for the Hurricane Katrina victims. All proceeds were donated to the Canadian Red Cross Hurricane Katrina Fund.

"We felt it was important to react and help raise money for the people of New Orleans and the Gulf Coast during this difficult time" said Concertia President Ross MacDougall. Ross was one of the many talented musicians participating in the 12 hour musical event.
